Office Manager Sarah Harrer makes things happen!  From account management to referrals to inquiries, Sarah keeps it all together and has the expertise and know-how to help businesses make the most out of their memberships.  She knows every store, factory, and diner within a 30-mile radius of Herkimer County and takes great care of each and every member with her time, attention, and assistance.  She loves seeing businesses succeed by connecting them with the partners and resources they need to help their businesses grow.

Outside of work she is married and has three teenagers. She loves supporting her children’s extracurricular activities and tearing it up at Live Well Fitness.  She also has her own freelance business where she is a proofreader and an editor.  It’s her creative outlet!
