Executive Director Kathy V. Glanovsky spent 26 years in the financial industry having worked for M&T Bank where she focused both on business and retail banking. Most recently Kathy held the position of Director of Human Resources for ReValla Inc.
Residing in Little Falls with her husband Jeff and their two dogs, Kathy is an active member of the community, frequently attending local events like the Cheese Festival, Violet Fest and Canal Days. She also enjoys weekend motorcycle rides with her husband and friends.
Office Manager Sarah Harrer makes things happen! From account management to referrals to inquiries, Sarah keeps it all together and has the expertise and know-how to help businesses make the most out of their memberships. She knows every store, factory, and diner within a 30-mile radius of Herkimer County and takes great care of each and every member with her time, attention, and assistance. She loves seeing businesses succeed by connecting them with the partners and resources they need to help their businesses grow.
Outside of work she is married and has two sons and a daughter. She loves supporting her children’s extracurricular activities, going to Trivia Night at The Renaissance, and tearing it up at Live Well Fitness. She also has her own freelance business where she is a proofreader and an editor. It’s her creative outlet!
